Currently, all orders must be placed through KK1 Online Store store for customized apparel or KK1.LLC for everything KK1. This ensures precision in customization and seamless order processing. Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase for blank apparel orders. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Cancellations before processing are free. Late cancellations (after 12 hours) may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% for blank apparel. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 12 pieces per style. Specialty materials and embroidered products require a minimum of 25 pieces per design.
