  • Integrated Digital Ecosystem: Exclusive community access and fostering an exclusive online community, support channels, and premium membership benefits.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate.
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality.
  • Membership & Access:
    • Retail customers gain access to Community upon purchase.
    • Membership benefits are subject to change.
    • Wholesale buyers do not have access to Community.

4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

5. Wholesale & Resale Compliance

KK1’s wholesale program offers exclusive bulk pricing and tax-exempt benefits for qualifying buyers. Compliance includes:

  • Approval Process: Seamless online application with compliance tracking.
  • Bulk Order Minimums:
    • Wholesale Blanks: Varies by product.
    • Embroidery: 25-piece minimum.
    • DTF: No minimum.
    • DTG: 25-piece minimum.
    • Screen Printing: Varies by product type.
  • Customization & Resale Policy:
    • Wholesale buyers must embellish blank apparel before resale.
    • Unauthorized resale of uncustomized apparel may result in account suspension.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellations

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
  • Membership Cancellations: Must be done via the user dashboard before the next billing cycle.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Wholesale orders may be returned if defective or incorrect.
    • Customized orders are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Customization & Returns Policy

  • Customization Standards: Adheres to KK1 Lookbook dimensions.
  • Returns for Wholesale Blanks & KK1 Collections: Must be initiated within 14 days.

  • KK1 reserves the right to reject any design that does not meet our quality standards or violates our content policies.

User Content & Intellectual Property:

  • Users retain ownership of their original designs.
  • By using KK1.studio, users grant KK1 a non-exclusive right to feature submitted designs for marketing, promotional, and quality showcase purposes.

High-End Order Processing & Delivery:
