Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase for blank apparel orders. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Cancellations before processing are free. Late cancellations (after 12 hours) may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% for blank apparel. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
