Wholesale Account Application

To apply for a KK1 Wholesale Account, complete the following steps:

1. Visit the Wholesale Account Application
2. Complete the application form with the following details:
   • Legal business name
   • Contact information
   • Business license number
   • Resale certificate and state resale number, if applicable
   • Signed Resale Compliance Document
3. Submit the completed application and required documents via:

All applications are reviewed within three to five business days. Applicants will be notified via email upon approval.
