Resale Compliance & Restrictions

KK1 enforces strict resale policies to protect brand integrity, exclusivity, and manufacturer agreements while supporting wholesale resellers’ growth.

• Mandatory Customization – All apparel must be decorated before resale using approved methods such as DTF, embroidery, or screen printing. Selling blank apparel is strictly prohibited.
• Brand-Specific Decoration Restrictions – Certain premium brands (e.g., The North Face, Columbia, Adidas, Nike) have customization guidelines that must be followed, including restricted decoration areas and required approvals.
• Third-Party Marketplace Authorization – Selling KK1 products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other third-party platforms requires prior authorization. Approved resellers must:
  • Adhere to KK1’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
  • Follow strict brand representation guidelines
  • Use only KK1-approved product images and descriptions

How to Get Authorized for Third-Party Marketplace Sales

1. Meet Tier 2 Reseller Status (minimum $5,000 in wholesale purchases and compliance verification).
2. Submit a Third-Party Marketplace Resale Application (available in the upcoming Wholesale Member Portal).
3. Receive official approval and compliance guidelines.

Unauthorized third-party marketplace sales may result in:

• Marketplace takedown requests
• Wholesale account suspension
• Restricted access to premium collections and pricing

Resale Compliance & Legal Documentation

To ensure compliance with tax regulations and authorized resale, KK1 requires wholesale applicants to provide:

• A valid business license (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietor, or equivalent)
• A state resale number and resale certificate, if applicable
• A signed Resale Compliance Document
